Had the same email giving me a new password, it did me no good i still can’t log in or get on the forums with my account. I followed the instructions and changed my password but no good can’t get in the game. i think they are treating my account as if its a hacked account. In reality they disabled my account after a billing error and its been down 8 days now.

I’v been waiting since the 5th Sep. and problem still not resolved after they cancelled my account after a billing error.

Please be careful when trying to order extra copies. I got charged even though it was 15 days after my original purchase. It just kept saying error, try again.
I did and got 3 extra ( they told me 4) copies. I requested these be cancelled and it turned out they cancelled my main account also. Still can’t get the problem resolved.

Where do i begin? My account was disabled after a billing error. (Not my fault I already had the game I was trying to buy it for my daughter and the site had an error and charged me for multiple copies I requested these be refunded but they refunded my main account also). I have waited a week in that time I have had one automated mail as if my account has been hacked. (It has not, they cancelled it).
They then send me a new password telling me to log into my account and change my password, which i have done, but still cant log into game as they have DISABLED my account. Just can’t get them to understand.
So i reopened the original ticket so they would understand the background info and then i get an email about multi posts. They must have read them to tell me i had multi posts so why not just deal with the problem.
I now have one ticket that was opened on 26 Aug. I have explained I am happy to repay for the game if they can just reactivate my account. I don’t want to lose the characters I made and worked on since early start up. So stressed now I wish I’d never tried to buy the game for my daughter
Can anyone reassure me that this can be sorted.
