Yeah. Hardness modes for raids r totally unfeasable. thats why so many mmo’s only have one difficulty level of raids. ohhh wait, most mmo’s do have difficulty levels to raids? lots want to raid casually, for fun. let the elitist meta’s do their nightmare mode raids. maybe they would be less toxic if druids in soldiers were in the begginer raids not with them in nightmare mode raids. And lets scrap T1-T3 fractals too. If u weren’t born ready to jump straight into Teir 4 fractals u’ll never amount to anything.

Why not begginer mode raids? getting meta is a bit of a learning curve to ask off casual newbs. but lots of casual nubs would like to raid. Begginer mode to kindle a passion for raiding instead of all the hassle of being perfect first raid, or more likely…. being the carried burden.

I don’t use a dps meter because I am not wanting to risk being banned. But i would like a dps meter like recount in gw2. Sure i’d be low dps, but it would motivate me to get better. If u don’t like dps metters then maybe we need beginner intermediate and advanced modes of each raid. I try to get into raiding but basicly when ur new to raiding ur asking for a carry. Beginer mode raids would be good for casuals to learn the mechanics and decide if raiding is something that interests them to skill up at. I have killed only one boss (to open raid masteries) but i would love casual raiding when the mood stikes me. Then i would maybe see the value of meta if i wanted to do intermediate mode raids.

Yet again i can login here but not into game. As u do i’ve, reset password, deleted my API key, checked for microsoft updates, restarted router, restarted computer, logged into other mmo. Anything i missed that might get me into game instead of wasting my time here? Edit… note to self, this happened a few hrs ago, monday morning aussie time(sunday afternoon usa) a couple hrs before daily reset. Have missed teq before because of same issue. working now 1 hr after reset. Reloading launcher from gw2 site may have been the fix. But tried so many things it is unclear why it now works.

This whole issue of dps meters would be so much easier if they were built into the game. Yet none of the 3 MMO’s i have endgamed on have dps meters.

Am i allowed to use dps meters? if so which should i use? i want to get into raiding and teir 4 fractals and would use a dps meter as motivation to get gud. (if they r legal). btw i already know there’s a lot more to finishing fights than personal dps.

I need to do some jumping puzzles. I am asuming asura mesmer is a good starting point? . And there is no such thing as being to detailed in reply because i’m nub at jp’s. I have HoT so any profession is available and i have the tomes to insta-80. this is just going to be my jp toon. Plz advize.
