Update: Right it seems i’ve found the issue for me atleast and it simply was that my GPU got locked at a certain Mhz for some reason and wouldn’t go further than 549Mhz, But what i would say is a potential outcome of this is that if you have as me overclocked your gpu using precisonX and you are using a logitech headset and is using the Logitech Gaming Software there might be a bug that occurs when the both of them are launched at a similar time frame for example when your PC starts up etc. But there might also be a mix of the two aswell as having windows 10 so if this happens simply restart your PC and it should be back to normal. And if you are not using any kind of overclock for your GPU but have a similar issue simply download HWM ( Hardware Monitor) From the cpuid website and monitor your Mhz while in game and idle etc, And obviously make sure to look up what stock clocks your gpu has so you’re not being mislead. So if there is anyone out there that again might stumble upon a similar issue such as this. There you have a potential solution for your problem,

As the title states for some reason while i have the game in Windowed Fullscreen and watching a youtube vid etc on the 2nd monitor the video gets affected and starts droping alot of frames and then starts to stutter, My frames in game are however not affect that much no stuttering etc in game but rather my browser takes a huge beating. I’ve tried to disable the hardware acceleration cleared cache/cookies without any results. Also tried different browsers without any results. However this issue sort of started happening after i decided to reinstall GW onto my SSD harddrive, But not sure of there is any correlation by that since i’ve also tried to reinstall it in my first drive again without any results. And i’ve also not tried to update my graphics drivers since Nvdia have not been very graceful with their new drivers of late with more issues coming up they being resolved. I’m using the 361.91 still. But yeah anyway if there is someone that has had a similar issue and came up with a way to resolve it i would appreicate your suggestions.

Might be so, but still it doesn’t seem be very useful at the moment. since it’s preventing me to get my gear sorted.. and unless there has been some “supicious” activitys within the mail i don’t see the reason

it seems that i have been running into a problem with the mail, i have been trying for 2 days to send over materials to a guildie of mine to make me some armor, however i keep on getting this message which goes something like this

“This transfer would exceed the total value of transfers allowed for new accounts. As you continue to play , your account will be allowed to transfer higher values. New account limits are necessary to protect your online experience from fraud and illegal trading. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience”

right.. so “temporary” doesn’t seem to be rather temporary. anywho i’ve tried sevral things such as getting rid of messages in the mailbox sending it on another character and so on, i have been “lucky” enough to be able to send a small part of the materials but then again when i try again the message just keep on popping up. anyone else got this problem aswell? did you get it sorted out? don’t hesitate to share cheers.
