I want to try a D/D condition build and before I spend a fortune, I would like your opinion in the following build:

For armor I favor carrion and runes of the undead. Im not sure about jewellery though.
I don’t think that this build has room for precision so I don’t have items with it.

I hit 80 recentrly and I would appreciate your advice about my build choice and gearing for generic purpose (WvW, instances, sPVP).
First of all, I like D/D as weapon and Shortbow for secondary.

A. Build:
I like the damage from Critical line, the buffs, support and extra initiative from Trickery and survivability from Acrobatics. What is your evaluation of this build?

Issues:
Combo Crit Chance or Critical Hast from Critical Strikes?
Assasin’s Reward or Pain Response from Acrobatics?

I still can’t decide between Signet of malice and Hide in shadows for Heal. As for the other utilities, except the ones in the build, Im thinking of Signet of Shadows and Caltrops.

What do you consider the best build for a “Death Blossom”/“Heartseeker under 25%” playstyle?

B. Gearing:
What are the gearing options for a fresh 80 level thief?
I know that you can get nice gear from crafting, Karma vendors (what do you think about the whispering set?) and instances runs (what instance gives the best set for my build?)
And final, what about runes and sigils?
