Guild Wars 2

I am only level 26.. but I was wondering what stats meaning power, toughness, etc.. I should look for on my gear? I know we are supposed to be tanky so I have my traits doing the 0-0-30-30-10. Right now 0-0-10-8-0. Any help will be appreciated.

P.S. If anyone could tell me some good weapons to roll with for a tanky Guard that would be awesome as well!
