My friend and I who are both engineers have the same issue.

I’m having the same problem. I accidentally made my topic before I noticed yours. So, that means it’s not just me.

I purchased the Aetherblade Medium Armor from the gem store, and the helmet of the set clips with my Asura character. It may be due to customization / head shape, but around the eyes, the mask-looking part of the helmet clips into my Asura’s head. The clipping is static and does not change (IE clip more or less as I move). The other pieces of armor, however, do not clip and look just fine. I am an Engineer.

I finished all the windows updates and the setup worked fine after. Make sure you’re updated.

I’m having the same issue. It finishes download, resets like it’s going to launch and never does. The process just ends. I’m on a 64 bit fresh install of Windows 7, and I’d love to get back to GW2, but I can’t.

First post, I’d just like to point out that my favorite hat (Pirate Hat, Ascalonian Hat) has been clipping with my male Asura whenever I use my rifle. When I equip it the cloth seems to stretch and fold under the character’s chin sideways. Second of all, the cloth clips through the back of my character’s head when the rifle is equipped. Thanks in advance.
