Stuck on my dusk collection because of this, can’t collect the captive darkness behind the blue bars.

Same here. The bar for Corrupted Test Subjects Remaining is empty but the event doesn’t move on.
I really wanted to finish up the dusk collection this weekend but it looks like that might have to wait.
