Ah! Thank you for the helpful response Lexandro, I wasn’t expecting such a hasty reply, if any at all.

I did as you said and I got an A rating and was showing 28ms ping and 0% Packet Loss. Must be an Anet issue. Thanks again, I will just wait for them to fix it I guess.

Since the last patch I have been having constant disconnections. Yesterday it was once every hour or so, and this evening I can’t stay on a character for longer than 30 seconds after loading before I get kicked.

Can’t stay on long enough to submit an in-game ticket so will have to do it through here.

Using a wired connection, router is definitely not dropping. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?

Edit: Apologies I have only just noticed other posts relating to this but had not solid response from Anet. It’s clear the problem is quite universal and not individual.
