Hello again.
Now I received a reply, but… No, the recovery didn’t help much. Now I’m receiving another error, as stated in attachment. Now how do I fix this?
I have done everything you adviced in the reply, yet nothing changed the error, although the banned error was away when I woke up & haven’t even done anything, so thank you for that. But so, the game wasn’t still working correctly, even though I verified the account with serial/account/character name and once again reseted my password to a longer complex one (random small and big letters & numbers). I even tried to disable
my e-mail authorization if that would help, but no.
The error says I am suspended until the matter of someone else can not anymore enter my account, but how do I know how long can this investigation last? Can’t you just let me play the game now that I have changed the password already? Plus, I cant go to put the e-mail authorization back up without passing the error in the login.

EDIT: Everything is working now! I got my access to my account back, and nothing has been taken. Except my character has moved to the Lion’s Arch. Hope everything will be fixed to you others too

Hello again.

Or are you just not letting me and everyone banned without a reason in to the game until every chinese gold-digger is arrested? Why don’t you shut the whole game out until that has happened if that’s the way you want to do it? It would be much more fair that way.

Hi Guild Wars 2 support staff,
As topic states I haven’t been able to log in to my account since 3.9.2012 (last time I got in was sometime 2.9.2012 in the evening local time GMT+2).
When I went to sleep on sunday, and came back from work on monday, my client said I can’t log in, I had been permanently banned. I heard on tuesday/wednesday from my friend, that he had seen my character online monday morning, while I was at work. I immediately tried to change my password to a more complex one, and was able to do so, but remain banned from the game.
I made one support ticket immediately after the client informed of the ban, for which I gained only the automatic answer, stating that they have received the ticket, and that my reference number is:
120904-005382 – Updated (I have told quite a bit about the event on this one at the same time collecting info from my friends).
So I began to wait and ask around your twitter/facebook/forum sites to seek for help, and ended up having no answer at all. I was left completely ignored.
After the event, i have already made several tickets, which I just learnt I shouldn’t make more, and even that info was under a rock. My other tickets are:
120906-004669 – Waiting
120906-006746 – Unresolved.
I don’t even have any idea what do these (Unresolved/Waiting/Updated) mean in practice, since I haven’t had any answers from Guild Wars 2 support team or ArenaNet to any of these.
Please solve my mystery, so I can continue playing your very enjoyable game.

My account was hacked sometime in the beginning of the week (and banned while the hacker was at it) and haven’t been able to play since monday (7.9.2012). I have tried to reach your support team via incident tickets at the support site (have made three of them now), and by telling several times what has happened on your twitter and Facebook sites. I haven’t gotten any response from anywhere yet, and now I found this place to try my luck.
My reference numbers are:

Where the most top is the latest. My friends are level 80 already and are losing the starter-shine on the game, which means a big minus on my gaming experience.
