I’m having a similar problem as well. Random disconnects (even problems going to the GW2 site) every 15-20 minutes.
And I just found a new build that was fun to play around with lol…

Just received the error twice in 5 minutes while trying to connect. Didn’t lose connection to the internet or Ventrilo.

I’d like to point the technical support team to this Reddit thread.
After reading the problems these users and I have had there may be something to it as I rarely have the problem after 1am. Unfortunately I have a job so playing at this time every night isn’t gonna happen.

I am receiving this error at LEAST a dozen times a night, yet there is no support thread for it and no resolutions for it in the knowledge base.
I could understand getting this error if my ISP was disconnecting me as it says “network error; disconnected”, but I am constantly connected when this happens.
I just received this error for the 8th time in 12 minutes trying to play so decided to post here. I can’t believe I’m the only one with this problem.
I’m having the same issue. I sometimes get 7:11:3:189:101 error as well but I have turned my firewall off and forwarded the appropriate ports on my router.
I’m also getting error 3032.1002.3.3939.101 constantly when I’m still connected to the internet.

This almost exactly explains my situation as well. I haven’t tried playing without Vent but I’ll see if that has an impact.
