Guild Wars 2

Im not sure if this is bug or it’s just game mechanism,but i dropped that shiny essence(third temple) which should be placed into Temple orb,but than I accidentaly fall into water,so essence switched to underwater weapon and when i got out of water essence was gone.I couldnt pick it up again,i couldnt summon mob again..it was just gone.I’ll probably have to do it all over again.So my question is,if this is official mechanism or just bug?Anyway i think it should be fixed..

Just happend to me today..so status is STILL BUGGED
