install latest drivers or beta drivers

check bios/windows settings for power save

make sure your card is in the top most slot closest to cpu

try reseating the gpu and clean both the socket and connections

Man I can’t express enough how thankful I am to you. As it is, my GPU was in the wrong slot. I raised it, and BOOM! 60 FPS on highest settings!! I’m so happy!!!! Thank you so very much!! <3 No one had told me this before.

get gpuz http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

check to see if your 7850/70 is running at pcie 3.0 @x16.

used full screen windowed mode when checking

Thanks, the numbers I get are PCI-E 3.0×16 but apparently running at x11.1.

Any suggestions to solve this problem, if it is?

Cheers!

Hi!

I’m really stuck here. Every time I play GW2, I have an absolute max of 20 fps. I’ve gone through fixes for a lifetime, and none of them are helping. Of course I’m on the lowest settings possible, but I still get an FPS that I should not have at all.

Here are my specs: http://imgur.com/Ab8esd8 (CPU boosted to 4.0 GHz)

I assure you, I’ve done all of my capabilities worth to fix the issue. All cores are unparked an so on. When running, the game is set to realtime in the Task Manager. All other games run as smoothly as they ever should (StarCraft 2, Battlefield 4, Diablo 3).

I’m stuck and don’t know what to do anymore.

Thanks for the help!
