Got this in the email yesterday
Ticket is 120902-016845

To resolve this issue, we would like to make the following offer of reissuing you a Digital Guild Wars 2 Pre-purchase serial code for your other existing my email account."
I replied yes please but have not yet received the code. This is all that is needed to resolve the ticket so someone please accomodate so I can play, thanks!

Registered my prepurchase to the wrong email, opened a ticket 4 days ago and updated it to have all the info required so should be a fast resolution. Have a 80, have purchased gems and was making youtube videos about the game which was starting to get decent hits. Please just looking for any type of acknowledgment of when I can play again since my other email is cleared of any toons.
Also have this problem lvl 80 on an account and now can’t play on that account but can on an email with nothing on it. Even purchased some gems on that account so have multiple paypal transactions if needed.
