e.g. Can i find someone in LA from another server, party with him, then he goes to a map like the norn starter area “wayfarer hills” then i go to same map in my server, click in join on his portrait then play with him in his server norn starter map?? Thats possible?

Im from Blackgate and still bugged here.

im starting a new norn char and notice the frozen maw event not starting, ive been in the map lvling my char around 2-3 hours and the event not starting once, it used start every 25-30 minutes, ive try trigger the event clearing the son svanir tags but that dont work too, then i ask, it was change by devs, bug or so?

I’ve try find some info about this event but dont got luck on it then some kind de info about it will be very nice.
