Guild Wars 2

As I need to purchase two copies, I went to the web site. The charge is showing as pending on my charge card, but all I got was an email that I’d hear more within 48 hours. Is this happening to anyone else?

An update on this. Apparently the email authorization is triggered by just logging into Guild Wars I. I logged into it a bit ago successfully and within 2 minutes got an email requesting permission from Guild Wars 2. Anyone else having this issue?

I have a question regarding the email authorization system. I keep receiving numerous log in authorization requests in my email. The log ins appear to be coming from my IP address but I was not attempting to log into GW2 at that time.

However, I have been logging in and playing Guild Wars 1 so could that be causing this? I’m planning on submitting a support ticket but figured that someone on here might have an idea as well.
