Guild Wars 2

My CPU is the i5 4670K.

I would think it is enough for the game but I just don’t know what to expect. Obviously the game does not run as kittenome here seem to experience but as I have a 144 Hertz monitor I like to get it as high as possible. Especially during world bosses such as Behemoth I easily get drops to 24 which of course are understandable since there’s a very large amounts of people.

I have a R9 290 and my FPS is never above 60 or 70.
Right now I am in the city and my FPS is only 32.

Should I not be getting more with this card? Is this game badly optimized or are the requirements just really that high that it would require two graphics cards?

Someone gifted me the Plush Quaggan Backpack.

I received a skin that I can apply to any backpack but I was wondering, after I do this, can I still use Orbs to put the skin on another future back items?
