Those look great.

Man. I miss old Lion’s Arch.

It feels like they paved over everything that made the city unique and built a knock-off Seaworld on top of it. =(

(That’s not to say that new Lion’s Arch isn’t well made, nothing against the modelers or anything, it just doesn’t feel like Lion’s Arch anymore.)

I unfortunately can’t be there as I don’t currently have a functional computer, but I’ll wish you all the best, and thank you for organizing the event. Have a great time everyone!

[NA] Hello, you lovely people.

So, my computer is currently out of commission and I haven’t managed to save up enough to replace it yet, but I’d really like to get one of those new Electromagnetic Ascender travel toys, to go with my glider, while they’re available.

If someone would be so kind as to gift it to me I’d be very grateful.

Anyone else get nervous at JP's?

Pfft. I get nervous doing JPs when there AREN’T people watching.

I’m pretty bad at them, and gliding has just made some of them even worse.

I remember I spent like an hour on Coddler’s Cove before someone went sailing right past me to the finish, logged off and switched to their mesmer, passed me AGAIN and then gave me a portal to the end.

On the one hand “Yay I’m done!” on the other hand, just ouch, man.

EDIT:
Nevermind. Got on long enough to buy them before my computer kicked me off again.

I don’t think it’s really necessary, no.

I spent the VAST majority of my time 1-80 as bearbow on my ranger. (Well, FernHoundBow, you’ll have to pry Poppy Dog from my cold dead hands.) =P

EDIT: I will point out that until you get the longbow Trait (which allows you arrows to pierce through your targets), you’ll only have 1 AoE attack (with a fairly long recharge), so having Greatsword (or another weapon) to swap to can really help against multiple targets at the lower levels.
