Has anyone else noticed a problem trying to complete Balloon Tower Tourist??
I have been to the 10 towers some more than once and my achievement is only registering 9. All the chests are open.

I looted all but one in Queensdale, that one has always been open. I don’t care about the loot I just want the achievement.

What i would like to know is when does the Diminishing Returns kicks in?

Yesterday was the first time i have be able to play GW2 all day in months instead of my normal 1hr-1hr30 i get some nights to play. It was going well I decided to do my dailies followed by the Sonic Periscope monthly… which frankly was a complete waste of time and i decided i wont be completing the monthly.

I then traveled to Orr looking for a PUG group to do ‘The Ruined City of Arah’ since i have never done it thought it may be fun and that I could get something nice for one my characters. Turns out I didn’t even get enough loot to fill my main bag. Not one yellow item either (aside from the phantasmal tonic… useless). I was almost lucky enough to get level 79 blues.

Honestly i felt i was being punished for just playing the game and doing the things that they assign you to do, What is the point of spending the hours… and it did take hours doing the dungeons for nothing, I think i will just start using the dragon timers instead. less work for the rewards.
