Guild Wars 2

Hello, I went to start playing GW2 like I always do and as I started the launcher almost right away my computer crashes and I get the dreaded Blue Screen of death. Naturally I force my computer off and start it back up. I then notice that the regular guild wars 2 desktop icon has changed and when I open it I get this error message. “C:\Program Files(x86)\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe is not a valid Win32 application.” (uploading a Screen Shot of that message as well) and when I click ok for that message box it tells me windows cant open that item and that it might have been moved, renamed or deleted and if I want to remove the item from my desktop.
I would rather not have to re-install the game. but I do have the disk if I need too.

loading the game and getting to the character selection screen is no problem. but after selecting a character is just get endless loading. rare occasions i get a slight lag in the audio and then the world sounds start playing like the wind. but the loading wheel just keeps spinning and nothing happens. this is occurring on all 5 of my characters.

iv searched the forums for others with the same problem recently but haven’t found any one else with this problem.

ok im a very active gamer and i know for a fact that online games never use this much, however iv never played a game this extensive before, so i didnt know if GW2 used alot. i figured not because all the information is saved on my computer and the only thing being sent to me is unit locations and a few other negligible things like chat. i bought the disk so it removed the download factor. i will look and see if i have unwelcome guests on my network

hello everyone,

i got GW2 about 3 weeks ago and we are now halfway into December. i got a warning from my ISP saying we have reached our 100% limit for the month and now im being billed extra, i have a 120GB plan and i am floored that we have reached that in just 2 weeks. i would like to know what the average upload and download rates are for GW2 to see if its this game or another problem somewhere else in my home.
