Hi Everyone,
As I understand it, lvl 80’s should have enough hero points to train all five of their core specializations.
However, I am not seeing this to be the case. My Lvl 80 Ranger has 232 hero points after logging on. Each core specialization (if originally empty) needs about 307 hero points to train completely. That’s 604 hero points for my two untrained core specializations.
It is the same for all my lvl 80 alts. Not enough hero points to train in all core specializations.

So, what am I missing?

Hi,
I am slightly confused as to how your forums and support is done.
1. Do I need to set up a different email and password to submit an issue in the support section or can I use my regular email and password that I use in game.
2. There is also a website called http://www.guildwars2guru.com run by arenanet that has the same forums and support options as this site. What is the difference?
3. If I am having a problem buying gems, should I submit issue in game first?
