This ticket is regarding the Account linking issue.

Hmm it’s a little bit strange. I have created a new account and registered GW2 to it.
no problems so far. Then I was able to remember the credentials to my GW1 account. So I went in the GW2 account to the link account option and linked the GW1 account.
Problem Now: When I am in the account, to which GW2 is registered and check the linked account status, there is nothing. When I login here https://account.guildwars2.com/login with my GW1 account I can see that the account is successfully linked.

Problem 2: The email address which is registered to GW1 doesn’t exist anymore (due to spam issues)

Problem 3: Did not receive any feedback from the support

Seems that I have messed up my accounts. According to hom.guildwars2.com I have 29 Point but my HOM in GW2 is empty cry

was able to link the accounts(or not?) after I bought GW2, but then it created a new account with a strange account name..

Hi, sorry to push this old thread, but I have the same issue.
Had years ago a GW account. I have raised a ticket for this but got no response so far.

My problem is, due to spam attacks I have deleted my old email account which is connected to the GW1 account.
I am able to log in to GW1 without any issues. (Still can remember my password after 5 years )
