Time Warp speeds up rezzing. It is highly valuable as an offensive skill, so using it for rezzing may or may not be recommended depending on the boss and the circumstances. It is one to keep in mind as a last resort if a rally or a normal speed res is not reasonable (think kite-heavy bosses with no adds and high-damage skills)

We ran this fractal last night and were successful, though one player in our party did experience the 1hr lava debuff that would not go away. It appeared to only occur when a player died in the lava pool, based on our experience.

There are a few websites out there that show a good number of weapon skins, but the most complete I have found so far is http://argos-soft.net/GW2WeaponGallery/

You can view weapons by type and in some cases by set. Clicking on a picture will give you the in-game chat code for the item and in some cases the item name.
