Not sure if is the same problem but until yesterday i was playing with no problem (except the Primal Holo bug that didnt split at 25%….). After the last patch i cant even log in, the luncher gives me errors like time out, cant conect to the server, etc. After 15’ or more waiting and trying, some time manage to log in, but i cant log my characters (i double click them and do nothing), after a few moments the character log in but the TP says things like (Error: Invalid authorization), and after a while the game crashes and the sign with the error “The game client lost its conection to the server” pops up and i have to alt +f4 the game. Im also having problem with all the gw2 pages (forum, main page, tech support), they dont load it

It’s definitely something to do with the body type. For example, as a human male, choose the last body type and put the heavy plate shoulders on. You’ll notice they look stretched and crap. I had this body type before and aside from it looking kinda unrealistic, it made those shoulders and the radiant ones look odd so I used a total makeover kit and fixed it up. In fact, using the total makeover kit, you can directly see how body types affect the shoulder models.

That’s it! I just tried a total makeover kit, and body-type has a huge effect on these shoulders. When I switched out of the largest body type, the shoulders shrink down to a normal size.

Thats great!! but they should fix it, i like the body-type of my character, why make us choose a body size if then i have to buy a total makeover kit and change it to another one to fit the armor? T.T
I want equal size armor for everyone!! =P

well, hope for the best! maybe with that info they can fix it =)

Come to think, I have always had problems with the shoulder pads with my sylvari, especially with Commando’s Shoulderguards, which are extremely large (but not so in my other characters), so I always play with the shoulder parts hidden, because I did not like it how they look. I always thought that it was just a bad design, so I did not care…. thats why wen I saw the preview of the radiant mantle on dulfy i thought that my character was finally going to have pads …. but I was so wrong u.u

Hope they can fix it… at least the radiant, i can provide screen of how extremely big are almost all the shoulders on my character if that helps for something

Im having the same problem, the radian mantle on my sylvari thief is waaaay to big!, it looks normal size on my other characters

Hi, since about a month, every time i launch the client i have to wait to download 10mb, the launch (is all grey and at the bottom of the launcher I see Downloading xxxxxMB (xxkb/sec). After that that launcher disappears and a new one appears in which i can Log in. Yesterday they did the 21-12-12 patch upgrade with winstersday fixxes, and now every time i launch the client i have to wait ultil 30mb are dowloaded. Why is that? i dont have the launcher in repair mode, there is no patch every day at every hour, and the 30mb download at 50kb speed or less, instead at my full speed conection (about 360kb, im not from a first world country).

Any idea?
