Alright, it took some doing (multiple system restarts) but I managed to update my driver, and go into BIOS and change graphical usage to “switch” instead of just integrated. Finally, what I think was the real problem, I went into the NVIDIA control panel and changed the PhysX configuration to “auto-select” instead of CPU.

This has fixed the problem for now and also taken care of a launcher problem that sprung up mid-fix where it wouldn’t load past the downloading phase, just stuck frozen at 0%.

For the past few days, every time I log on I receive this very strange glitch where disembodied blue polygons extend in all directions, sometimes flashing, other times blocking important areas from view.
I’ve had this issue before, but I can’t remember how it was remedied before.

I’m having this issue as well. I can’t sell or buy anything at the Trading Post. I can search for items, but the Buy button is grayed out. I can’t even see my inventory on the Sell panel.
