Should be 13% as the patch indicated, but is only 4%.
There’s no notes stating otherwise.
Bug forum has gotten little response, perhaps a Dev will actually see this here.
This keeps getting buried with no response yet. Seems like an easy fix, but the concentration on spelling errors and the like is worrisome.
Any updates here? This is a significant loss compared to PvE – for many Revs in Retribution, that’s ~200 power.
