i see im more of a 20-30g type of guy a day. but through this do you switch between alts ( if you do how many), or just stick to one character?
I can make probalby 50-80 gold just from farming. But that’s like playing 10-14 hours a day.
I dont’ think you really need to ask because simply speaking you make like 1 gold a run. The rest depend how long you play and how efficient your group is and how many “down time” you get. I would say if you can average 7 run in an hour that’s pretty good.
If you just rely on gwlfg, there could be many down time. Having a friend list of cof farmers do help.
If you learn to flip, you can probably make some extra here and there.
sorry if i confused you guys what i meant was 10g a day….. seems pretty low to me. I was wondering how much can ppl earn within a day through speed run groups ( consistent with 6-7 min runs)
I have a guardian where i farm constantly with COF i average about 10g avagering 10 mins per-run. ( pugs )
how much gold can you earn do you earn a day with full speed farm group.. because im considering making a warrior or mesmer for farming purposes alone.
Im really new with the COF speed run and i realize every boss kill its guaranteed 15-20s + in the first run. How does it work if I do the run repeatedly will the reward (gold wise) still be around that amount or does it drop from 20s(1st run)-15s(2nd run)-10s(3rd run) and so on.
Thanks in advance.
Between a Warrior and Guardian, I’d say a Guardian is more rare to find.
I used to main a Warrior and they’re relatively easy to play. You can do some pretty amazing damage with just little effort, especially with a greatsword. However, they also have some quirky builds like Healing Shouts, which makes the Warrior a surprisingly decent group healer!
Guardians, on the other hand, are very supportive. As the name of the profession implies, they usually support other party members with the use of Boons and Virtues. If built and played skillfully, they could be pretty tank-like; meaning you’ll never die unless you really botch up. The downside to the Guardian is that they have a relatively low health pool compared to a Warrior, but they make up for it with their heavy use of their boons and buffs.
Overall, I’d say the Warrior is the easiest to play of the two, but the Guardian to be most rewarding when it comes to doing various kinds of dungeon content. If I had a choice between the two to bring to a group, I’d pick the Guardian first.
Thanks alot, but one last question…which dungeons a guardian is in “demand”,
like how warriors are wanted for COF.
Im new to the game and so far i’ve been debating between 2 characters guard and war… i need some info about both characters to decide which toon to max and do dungeons on a daily basis ( not just the COF paths) to earn money and tokens. I was wondering which class is good for which dungeons, their Pro’s and Con’s, which toon is “Rare” to find (b.c if they are rare i’d like to fill that role) and lastly their difficulty level.
Thanks for your help.
