No reward for Guild Bounty

My guild was doing the guild bounty for Devious Tessa and I was there for the start of the fight. During the fight I died so I way-pointed. I ran back in time to finish Tessa and my other guild members received their rewards, I however did not. I did get event credit but no guild bounty reward. I am aware of the 1 guild mission reward per mission type and it was my only guild bounty of the week (since the reset on sat). I also was representing my guild and of course was on the same server. I only found a few topics regarding this “bug” as I would classify it and I couldn’t find a bug report category relating to guild missions. This one bug would set me back another week of guild missions to get my ascended trinkets. Even though it may not be a widely known bug, its still a serious bug in my opinion and should seriously get attention.

I’m sure this has been asked before but when does the diminishing return on the tokens in dungeons reset? Is it with the daily or a different server time? Thanks in advance.

Question on internal cool downs and sigils

Do the Sigil of Fire and Sigil of Air share the same internal cool down when on a dual wielding set? I’m running a P/P thief and am wondering when I use unload can I proc the sigil of air and sigil of fire simultaneously for better dps. Currently am using Sigil of air on my main hand and sigil of damage on my offhand.

Sigil of Air does do more single target damage due to the 1.1 damage coefficient. This is calculated by taking the damage the weapon the sigil is on then multiplying it by your power and the damage coefficient; after multiplying you divide your first number by your target’s armor and you have your damage done.
