There is an event in diessa where you need to protect the NPC from harpies while he tests this cannon on bows. This is the only way to to get the vista on the tower. It has been bugged for quite some time. As i reach world completion that vista is just teasing me. I tired guesting but it seems to be bugged on most servers. please can you fix this.
