I spent 2+ hours on the event and died on the ramp right before the ancient karka died as soon as i was able to use a rez orb and head down, I made the mistake of rezzing a few people on the ramp on the way to the chest and it disappeared right as i got to it. So my fault. By trying to help others have a chance I lost out too. Just my bad luck, and no I do not expect Anet to reward me for doing what the entire event encouraged (rezzing others) I should have gone for the chest and then tried to rez others. Lesson learned.

I honestly do not expect any compensation from Anet. It was my fault I missed the rewards by rezzing others on my way to the chest, so that they may also claim their earned rewards too. A lesson learned for any future events.

i did score 3 crab meats and a spiral shell and a nice big repair bill but it was fun even with the frustration at the last event

tried to be nice and rezzed a few on the way down the ramp and poof chest up disappears so no reward for me or those i rezzed. frustrating to say the least after all the time spent on fighting lag and invisible crabs

figures by the time i got rezzed and to the chest it vanished right in front of me and no reward for all my time. I am so blessed with luck.
