Youtube Copyright Content ID Matches from "Plaync"

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. I had no idea which one would be suited to this, but here goes.

Recently, I have gotten Content ID matches on Youtube from an owner called “Plaync”. While I realize this was NCSoft’s previous name, it smacks of being a little bit suspicious, or copyright troll-like. Regardless, I accepted acknowledgement since Plaync was NCsoft’s former name as I’m told.

However, I just want to make sure I am in the clear here. There’s TONS of Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase beta weekend footage all over Youtube, so I imagine I can’t be the only one with this. I only uploaded videos that I recorded myself in-game during the pre-purchase beta weekends, in which the launcher said you could openly share footage. I also put disclaimers in all of my videos(aside from one taken from a TwitchTV livestream that I transferred, but I put that in the description.) Even more curious, not every video was flagged. If it was just the TwitchTV ones that had no disclaimer, I’d understand what went wrong. But now, I just have no clue.

Has anyone else gotten these? And more worryingly, am I going to have to worry about getting my channel copyright strikes, and then being shut down from this?

As I recall, as long as we credited we should’ve been fine. I don’t mind if the end result is ads on my page, but to have my channel gone when I’m not even monetizing this stuff would just be ridiculous.

I was trying to wait it out, but seeing as other people can access their HoM/reserved names, I finally put a ticket in September 2nd. (120903-000924)

Basically, I’m having the same problem as many others here. I cannot access my HoM/reserved names at all- and I did get the stone in LA. If it helps, I am unable to log in to GW1 using my GW2 info. It may also be relevant that while my GW1 and GW2 emails were the same initially, I changed my GW2 email later for security measures. My current GW2 email has never been used for GW1.
