Fixed in the patch today and already broken on stormbluff isle.
Basically its stuck in the process of launching cows. Apparently someone let all the cows die and now it is stuck. The only thing that I see that needs to be added is a fail check like other events have. If all the cows die then go to event failed and restart it.
