Guild Wars 2

I have a lot of blue prints in my inventory and bank that I got before the update where we can sell blueprints. Now that we can I want to sell them, but I am unable to. But it does not indicate that they are soul bound or account bound still. They just simply do not have the option to sell them at the TP. Is there a way to fix this, is it even a bug, or something pre built in?
