Guild Wars 2

Still having this issue currently. 2 members lions arch main server. We are in the same place, in a party, not in overflow and we can’t see eachother. Tried to change zones/relog until the other member was in an overflow then i was able to join them. However upon going to a new zone (archen foreland) we couldn’t see eachother anymore again even though both of us were on the main server. Tried leaving the zone and going back in, tried relogging, tried several things with no sucess. The join in option does not even appear(since were on same server) but can’t see the other person. This is a serious issue not even being able to play with 1 other friend.

As seen here: http://imgur.com/a/ElcHc the tophat i bought was originally black. Today i noticed it is a tan color. I bought it black and i expect it to stay that way. I should not be forced to spend 3.83g(currently) on an abyss dye when I bought it black.
