I just noticed that the mystic forges in wvw are still halloween themed. Did the mad king forgot to turn them off or is Scarlet behind this?
The achievemnt is not bugged… you cannot visit the same tower twice mate.. you need to go different map and do the event there, then move to next map ect ect…
