One of my friends got hacked, now someone, somewhere, is using his account, most likely as a bit, since his character is always online. He sent multiple tickets to you guys explaining his problem. He even sent you his account information (username, serial key for the game) to show he’s the rightful owner of the game. It’s been 5 days, and the only thing to reply is some links to “How to account securitykitten#8221;. So, as my topic says, how dense can you be? And are you even planning to do something about all these hacked accounts? At least disabling them for the time being.

Heck, I’m not even the one being hacked here and I’m fulminating at how kitten stupid you guys are acting.
