Ashley thanks for responding. I for one have submitted a ticket and being dealt with. I hope this gets fixed. I hope though that Anet can make an official statement addressing players on this issue (what’s causing them and what would be the solution/what can players do)

my lagfest saga continues, please fix this anet!

my lag has gotten worse, I am not sure what’s happening! Everything was fine before the last patch!

same thing still happening to me and it’s frustrating not being able to play without problems as before the patch

what is it ANet that we can do more to have you give us a word of reply?

Like quite a few others here I never had this massive lag prior to the 26 February patch.
I am in Switzerland and running Swisscom as the ISP.
I’m not sure why this lag occurs after patch but please fix this!

Hello Anet,

Please help as the game becomes unplayable when i reach path 2 final boss.
Massive lag, drop of fps, … nothing is moving when i reach that path 2 boss…

I am not able to delete my character despite having typed the correct name. Please help.
