Hi there, i am somewhat having the same issue. I can play game on Max setting sorta. I usually dont. Medium everything right now. My frame are usually 35 to 50. Now, i cant do anything in the game with out having it drop from 40fps to 10 or 15, once every 5 mins, lasts about 30 seconds, then jumps right back to 40fps. This happened once before, and i forgot how my friend fixed it. Here is my rig:

Phenom x3 black, 2.5 ghz
ATI HD Radeon 5770 Diamond
DDR2 4gigs
Windows 7 Pro x64
Asus M2n68-AM Plus

I have all the lasted Driver for GPU and Mobo. (GPU being 13.1) there is a beta for the gpu, but it causes screen flashes for me, and it didnt even fix the problem. Please Help!!

thats the same screen weather im in game or not.

I just found out that my Mobo apparently only supports PCI-E 1.1

But this should still not cause too much a problem. When the game first came out it ran fine. I stopped for a while, and i cant even enjoy playing it on medium graphics with it going to 8fps to 30 or 40 out of no where.

Is there anything i can do…

I posted the other day about lag issues.
I have figured out my problem.

My FPS is incredibly low.

It can go form 30 fps, to 25, all the way to down 10 sometime even 8 or 6 fps.
This happens standing around doing absolutly nothing. It dose every two minutes or so. I can be in Smooth Game play mode, and then all of a sudden this happens.

I run on an AMD phenom x3 Black 2.4 ghz
DDR2 RAM 4gigs

OK, to start out i have a computer built to play games. It’s not an incredible or anything, but i built it when the hardware was at the top of its peak.

AMD Phenom x3 Black edition 2.40 ghz

ATI HD Radeon 5770, 1g of extra ram with it

DDR2 Ram 4 gigs.

Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

My problem is i lag in some major cities, which i can see would be normal. I still lag when i’m not around players doing solo stuff. This computer should be able to run the game at max settings. I know it says for max setting use a Quad Core, mines a Triple Core.

If anyone has suggestions on what i should set my graphics to, please let me know! Much thanks!
