I had this problem about a week ago, and then a few days after that (after an update) it worked for me. Is it still buggy?

I got the all the Darkvine glove/gauntlet recipes from Caillech in Caledon forest and I learned them all, but they won’t show up on my crafting bench. I bought the recipes again but when i tried using them the game told me that I already knew the recipe (and the recipes still wouldn’t show up at the crafting place). Anyone else getting this problem?
