I’ve just completed the 2nd part of the event and got Mad Memoires: Completed Edition. It has the same stats as my previous back accessory but this book will show on my back (and it looks cool on my necro.)
The problem is once I try to upgrade it, then I just realized that this book has no lvl restriction!! Which means I can’t upgrade it with my lvl 80 upgrade item
So I want to know that this is a bug or an intention of anet?
