I bought 4,000 gems from the Trading Post. I Converted them all to gold. I then put them all in the bank.

30 mins later, the game turned off and went to the desktop.

When I restarted it made me install the game all over again. All 250,000 files roughly.

When I got back into the game all the the money was gone?

I spent £42.50 on this and feel scammed? Very upset.
Please help me?
