Guild Wars 2

Hi,
I’ve received a random email about Authorizing a log-in attempt, from RU I believe it should be Russia, I wanted to log-in to see if there is anything wrong but I couldn’t and it showed me this message the ‘Guild wars2 has encountered an error’

Hey all,

I’ve bought Guildwars 2 yesterday, installed it and created an account. Apparently my email is hacked for some weird reason, and I cannot sign in to verify my account and start playing. I’ve tried to contact or reset my password, but nothing happened, so I’m wondering if there is any other way I can transfer my account to another email?! The hacked email is Hotmail or Outlook and I want to transfer it to Gmail.
I need your help because this is really frustrating.
