Hi, I just bought Guild Wars 2 and i played through as a slyvari thief, but when i finished the Black Night, White Stag quest, i couldn’t play after the storm. I walked around but I just couldn’t continue my quest. When, I checked my quest log, it said i have to be level 20 to unlock the quest. Why can’t i do the quest now like everyone else?
