Guild Wars 2

I was able to login using guesting on other server. In Desolation server I am unable to enter Black Citadel, but from Riverside I was. Try that if ya are complely out of options.

Well the problem has been for about 2 weeks or so now, and when I browsed through the support forum, I noticed that packet loss thread has similar symptoms as I do, and I suspect these 2 might be linked together. Maybe there has been some work done on the awesomium process that is the reason, or something different all together.

Anyway, since I am just starting to diagnose the situation myself (I’m a EX-CTS engineer) so with time I might get more information what the problem is. But until then I just sent the thread so Anet would know about the issue and maybe link problems together to find the real reason behind these lag/disconnect/packet loss issues that have been rising in past 2 weeks.

As the title states this has started to cause some extreme lag and disconnects almost daily. After I close GW2.exe from process management the connection gets better almost instantly.

I know what the process is for, but could you look into it a bit since this problem seems to be not only in gw2 but in other games aswell which use this 3rd party windowsless web browser.

If you have any suggestion how to fix this, please inform, but I suspect that this is something that you cannot fix since its not your product.

Most WvW guilds EU are located in the silver league. Not too many at all in “more competitive league”. As you said you’re new and not up to speed on such matters

Well, from Desolation, we had alot of good WvW guilds, but once the season started we had lost IRON, Coin, FG, AFTL and DVG.

And what I know, DVG had alot of capable players who were if not the best in Deso, then in the top tier.

I dont know if you were aware of this, but now you know.

Hi everyone.

After reading all the thread through I must say I have probably missed alot of the tension of wvw in the past (since I am relatively new to GW2, just 3 months in game), and now understand the situation bit better, but nevertheless, I must say I admire the AG and UW for the fights they have brought.

I have mostly been doing PvE prior the season start and now mostly been playing wvw due our commanders who have been doing tremendous effort to get us (me included) scrubs into wvw.

The fights have been awesome to say the least. VII, VcY and DAWN sure have given us pug groups some solid punishment.

I hope people would understand that not all is as simple as it looks.

Keep up the good fights and I wanna see the fights like we had in SM and Hills the few days back.

I know what I have heard that there used to be alot more wvw guilds in Deso before the season, but most moved to be in more competetive league, so we got stuck in a steep upward hill.

From that perspective the work that the commanders have put into organizing the pugs and pve people I must say: Thank you!
