the caltrops and ds are only in there for center point contest. D/D is for roaming (not very often) CnD+BS chain. Thieves guild is a good skill for 1v1 but I do not believe it is as effective as DS for a team fight on center point – as is why caltrops is in there. I agree that
BV would be a better choice is there was a coordinated spike.
go full dps and just learn all the fights – dodge accordingly. As long as you have the AR for the higher levels you’ll be fine.
I’m at work currently so I’ve been messing around with the build editor but can’t test it. Pretty common trait set up with a more unusual second weapon set. S/P for CP fights (be it mid point support or holding home point) and D/D for roam kills. Again, haven’t tested it – it could suck badly

Main goal was to avoid being a glass cannon on CP fights while still being an effective killing machine.
Possible issue with low crit damage and D/D roam kills. May not be viable -
