I had taken part in the assault on the weapon having smashed the doors down but it still bugged. All objectives ticked up as completed

I see that someone else is experiencing this problem so further feedback appreciated

We completed all listed objectives, starting with talking to Thurkill, using the cannon to blast open the doors to the mine, killed the mobs, then entered the mine and destroyed the weapon prototype. The objectives were ticked up as completed. There were a couple of the archers with Thurkill who were stationary and firing at nothing and although Thurkill himself was still moving with me I could not speak with him

Having found impossible to complete alone I took a friend along on my personal story- we did the objectives but instance failed to complete. Is this bugged or were we just unlucky?

After dying a simply crazy numbers of times and down to my underwear trying to achieve the next step in my personal story I decided to make my next attempt with the help of a friend… still tough but I do enjoy a challenge so it was fun despite the personal being clearly an irrelevant word! However having completed the objectives it then failed to complete so we now both have repair bills for no result! The story title was Dredge Assault.
