Risky Heroes is a brand new PvX guild on the Yak’s Bend server but is accepting all members in NA due to the convenience of Guesting. We will be doing everything from dungeon runs, sPvP, WvW, among other countless things.
We are a brand new guild looking for active members, we plan on expanding to the small/medium size so that we keep a close knit family feeling. We are looking for members of all play styles, levels, and timezones to join.
With the free weekend coming up, we would like you to know that we are completely noob friendly. Whether you are a brand new player or a day 1 veteran, you are welcome here. We are a very helpful group always willing to answer questions and guide our members.
Risky Heroes is a guild where you can expect yourself to rank up and feel useful instead of like another number. Here there are ranks where members can advance through instead of sitting at the same position forever, this includes officer and moderator of the forum ranks as well.

Love Yak’s Bend and its WvW. Gotten to follow around some great Commanders like Dethroat, Honnor, and Pat. Amazing community.
I guess I’m not worried about removing conditions because I use Smite Conditions and Contemplation of Purity for Utility Skills which both remove conditions. For my heal I am using Signet of Resolve which passively removes a condition every 10 seconds. I haven’t really had a problem thus far as far as conditions go with this set up.
I’m a Guardian. This is the Guardian thread lol. What advantages would Rune of the Soldier give a Guardian?
Alright so I hit 80, picked out a full set of berzerker’s gear cause I mainly wanna be able to do tons of damage. Now what exactly should I be using for runes? I know I said I want to do a lot of damage but I dont really wanna be a glass cannon per say. I’ve kinda narrowed it down between Supieror Runes of the Dolyak or Supierior Runes of Divinity? Which would be best for me if I’d like to hit hard while not being put down so easily? Also, recommendations for accessories would be nice as well. Sorry if I’m not being specific enough. If you have any questions for me feel free to ask. I’m not really asking for a build, just what you guys think would be the right runes/accessories for that type of situation.
Out of curiousity… how are you widely known as the #1 Ranger? I myself play Ranger, religiously frequent most GW2 related sites, live in North America, and I have never heard of you.

What I’m looking for: A close knit guild with friendly, helpful, and talkative individuals. I’m tired of playing solo and exploring this world alone. Vent is great but isn’t a requirement, neither is a website but that would also be really cool. I’d prefer to join a smaller or new guild that I can help grow and contribute to and really make a difference in the community, but bigger guilds are not out of question.
What I can offer: Whatever you need. In the right guild I am an extremely devoted member. I am willing to help with any guild related tasks in and out of the game. I am always willing to help other members with whatever it is they need.
About me: I’m a 19 year old male from California, so I’m running on PST. I play a Ranger, I’m pretty new to Guild Wars in general so I’m only level 40 and I am currently learning the game on my own as I go so any help and advice is much appreciated. I generally play PvE but am willing to do PvP and WvW since it seems really fun. I honestly don’t really know what to actually write about myself, so feel free to ask.
Any server is fine, I’m willing to transfer. Just make sure that your server is not full so I’ll be able to transfer. I’m currently on Dragonbrand by the way.
