I don’t know why you guys are so surprised. They’re not responding (as usual), they just ignore us and hope the bugs fix themselves >_<
Pretty frustrated with this myself. Just recently came back, and have been hit by these constant disconnect issues every day. No issues with any other online service or game, only GW2.
Been going back and forth with GW2 support, and they’re now claiming it is an issue with my ISP, but the GW2 diagnostic shows all the issues at their end…
