Dear Anet,

I created my female human ranger and I played this character for 200+ hours to reached level 80 and obtained a lot of gears(including tier 3 cultural armor set that costed me around 100+g) and archived a lot of archivement. One day I ran across one character with same race and gender as mine but she’s a lot more cute than my character. I don’t know about the others players but I (and my friends) do care about my character appearance(the first priority indeed), anyway no matter how I need to own the character with the same face as the one I saw I’m way too lazy and too tired to create the new one and repeat everything to reach lvl 80 again, but the fact that there is the way to make my character be prettier decrease my motivation to play. I don’t care if I may have to spend some gold or gem or even cash to re-customize my character I’ll do, I know there are some constrains about character’s re-customize (such as can’t change race due to cultural armor obtained, quests finished, etc…) I understand but at least gender, face, body and height change service should be provided ( or at least there should be some “BARBER SHOP” in game).

I know that my problem isn’t the majority and it’s should be count as a low priority topic but I hope somedays Anet will be able to make my dream come true.
