Creator Zee is still broken as well, he keeps telling me to shut down the laboratory down there, and I can only say OK to him, no vendor goods

I faced the same, on the world Gandara, same renown heart, I have completed the tasks, I saw that the heart is filled, but I can only greet the NPC and other players face the same issue there as well.
I tried re-login, completely restarting the game but no use.
