I finally felt I had the balls and time to try out the new tribulation mode in Guild Wars 2. I started of with dying alot of times and after 4-5 hours of non stop trying over and over again, spending 30g on the infinte coin I finally did it. But as I was about to open the ending chest I got teleported to the next world without any warning. I didn’t get the content in the chest or the achivment for doing it. Is this just a part of the kittening mode or is this a glitch cause I am never ever doing that again, but I want my achivment and the content in the chest :/
Dps Depending on weapon choice is going to revolve around Strength, Arms, and Probably 10 points in Disc.
If you want middle of the road dps and survival throw some points into defense line, especially if you run Hammer or Mace/Shield. It really depends on your weapon set up.
Basically choose the weapon sets your going to run, and if your going full dps, CC build, Or hybrid support…Then someone could probably more accurately anser your questions.
The Weapons I like best is actually Dual-weilding axes/Sword and axe, Two-handed sword and actually longbow to get some damage done before the enemy can touch me. I do like hammer in pvp so I can have alot of CC and help my team but I would prefer weilding one-handed weapons and the Two-handed sword.
Just a simple question.
I am a lvl 60 warrior and just bought the grandmaster trait book. And now I don’t actually know where to put my traits. I put 30 on strength already, but I don’t really know where to put my other points. I am trying to have alot og dps but still be able to tank a little bit.
If you have a suggestion please explain why you would use it or why you are using it.
Thanks
Depends what you mean by better than “Twilight”.
When it comes to stats Twilight (and all other legendaries) are far inferior in stats compared to an exotic that fits your spec. Legendaries have generic stats, Pow, Tough, Vit, so the stats only fit a select few players, the rest needs to transmute that legendary skin to an exotic weapon for proper stats (stat points totals are the same for exotics and legendaries).
So by that yes, there are many more weapons much much better than “Twilight”.
If you are refering to the look of “Twilight” and other legendaries, then I guess that depends on taste. Personally I think the legendaries look like crap, but then again I’m not into that type of weapon looks. I prefer clean weapons that look somewhat real, which is easy to find all the way from level 1-80 without even peeking at the legendaries. So that answer the question too, yes, there are plenty of weapons that are better than legendaries.
Thanks for a very good answer. I did mean the stats and my main Charather is a Norn Warrior building on Power and vitality (lvl 53). Personaly I like the The looks of shiny weapons with alot of like “Attatchment” to them. But I also like the kinda basic Iron sword model which you will find all the way from lvl 1 to 80. Also I would like some more models for weapons and armor in this game, but there will probably be alot more coming soon I don’t really care that much but I just think it needs a bit more varity cause there are alot of players who really do care alot how their weapon looks.
Yet again thanks for the answer
I was just wondering if it’s possible to find any weapon that are better than for example ’’Twillight’’? Or does this game have like randomly generated weapons/armor?
